What’s involved
Our women’s health physiotherapy provides specialist, discreet care for concerns that are common but too often left unspoken — pelvic-floor weakness, pregnancy-related back and pelvic pain, and the often-rushed return to exercise after having a baby.
Care is led by physiotherapists with specific women’s health training, in a private setting at our Novena suite. We assess properly, explain clearly, and build a plan around your stage and goals, whether that is managing discomfort through pregnancy, recovering core and pelvic-floor strength after birth, or returning safely to running and the gym.
There is no rushing and no judgement. Many women are told to simply "wait it out" or "do your Kegels" with no real guidance; we give you a clear, progressive programme and the confidence to follow it, so you can move, exercise and feel like yourself again.

Senior, specialist physiotherapists
You are treated by experienced, post-graduate-trained physiotherapists with sports and rehabilitation backgrounds — not handed off to the most junior pair of hands.
A clear, phased plan
No open-ended series of vague visits. You get a staged plan with milestones and an honest estimate of how many sessions you really need.
A real rehab gym, not just a table
Each clinic has a full rehabilitation gym floor, so we can load and test you properly — the part most clinics skip and the part that makes recovery stick.
